What’s the minimum order to get wholesale pricing?
10 units in the cart opens Tier 1. There’s no minimum dollar amount and no annual commitment. You can mix any peptides to reach it — thirty of one, sixty of another, eighty of a third. It’s the whole cart that counts, never a single product. Bacteriostatic water doesn’t count toward the minimum.
How fast are accounts approved?
Typically within the hour. We verify that you’re an operating business and that the volume makes sense; we don’t ask for a lengthy procurement packet. You’ll get an email the moment the account flips to wholesale.
Can I mix peptides to reach a volume tier?
Yes — that’s the point. Tiers are counted on the total units in the cart, so thirty units each of seven compounds reaches the same tier as two hundred of one. The discount applies itself at checkout across every qualifying line.
Do you offer Net-30 terms?
Net-30 is available to qualified accounts once you’ve placed a few orders and we’ve got a payment history. New accounts start on card or ACH. Ask your account manager once you’re set up.
What’s the difference between unbranded and private label?
Unbranded means the pen carries the peptide, lot and purity and nothing else — no supplier is named. Private label means your artwork is printed on the pen and carton and the certificate is issued under your brand. Unbranded is available from the first tier at no extra cost; private label starts at 500 units with a one-time setup fee.
Where does the product ship from?
Everything ships from our warehouse in the United States. Finished inventory is already sitting there, so a wholesale order never crosses a border to reach you — which is why there’s no customs hold, no seizure risk and no six-week lead time. Your allocation ships domestically once it is released.
Is every peptide available at wholesale?
Yes. A wholesale account reprices the entire catalogue at your tier, including anything we add later. Everything is currently pre-order against the first production run, and the product page says so rather than showing a silent backorder.
Can wholesale orders ship internationally?
Domestic US only at the moment. The whole point of the program is that inventory is held here and never crosses a border — we’d rather not offer something we can’t deliver reliably.
Is my wholesale pricing confidential?
Yes. Tier pricing is visible only inside your logged-in account, and it never appears on packing slips or on anything that goes into the box.
